Anne was one of my longest running clients. We spent our twice-a-week sessions at my personal training studio riding a stationary bike, walking on a treadmill, and performing several strength building exercises on many machines. Anne was always a willing, but skeptical, client... however, it didn't take long for me to realize that she understood the importance of her toil... she always questioned her labor, but she was diligent in her completion of all tasks. 

Anne's dry humor was hilariously funny at times and I loved her for it... couldn't get enough of it!! So I often baited her to see what her response)s) would be. Her wit was always quick and inventive.

After 15 years of almost never missing a session, Anne had to stop driving because of her failing eyesight... I thought I might never see her again. Au contraire mon ami... she hired a ride service to carry her across town for her workout sessions. 

Anne's past was extremely interesting... I was always interested in her stories and her life. I also spent many days visiting her at her lovely home and doing some errands for her when she needed help.

When I moved to Florida, in 2015, I realized how much I would miss all of my long-standing clients... but Anne would be missed the most.
