CAMDEN…………………Dorothy Marie Kuhn, 88, of Camden died on Saturday, October 31, 2015 in Camden. Born on February 26, 1927 in New York, New York, she grew up in New York. She was employed as a clerical worker for an insurance company until her retirement.
Dorothy and her husband, William Paul Kuhn enjoyed living in Palm Bay, Florida for many years until his death in 2011. Dorothy then moved to Camden Hills Villa to be near her son, Joe Kuhn and his family where she very much enjoyed being part of the community there.
The Kuhn family would like to extend their appreciation to the employees at Camden Hills Villa for their compassionate dedication of Dorothy.
Surviving are two children, Joseph Kuhn and his wife, Kim of Rockport; Jeanne Marie Magulio and her husband, Joseph of Schyulerville, NY; and five grandchildren, Jamie Gonzales of Denver, CO; Austin Iuliano of Schyulerville, NH; Emily Kuhn, Lucas Kuhn and Jayson Kuhn of Rockport; and three nieces from her first marriage, Nanette Arbonies, Suzanne Fuller and Lucille Beaumier all of Osprey, FL. Dorothy was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Cochrane and four brothers.
Services were held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Long Funeral Home, 9 Mountain Street, Camden. If desired, memorial gifts may be made to Meals On Wheels, MCH Inc., 46 Summer Street, Rockland, ME 04841. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.longfuneralhome.com.
