BELFAST.......................Ethel “Vicky” Burnett, 97, resident of Tall Pines in Belfast, died on December 2, 2018 at the Sussman House in Rockport. Services will be held in Pennsylvania at the convenience of the family. The family wants everyone who loved her and made her feel special, and that they thank you from the bottom of their hearts.
