Obituary for Terry Voisine

Terry Voisine
TERRY “PEPE” VOISINE
CAMDEN…………..Terry “Pepe” Voisine, 56, of Camden, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at home. Born in upstate New York on January “Friday” the 13th of 1956 and was the son of Jerome and Jeannette Voisine. He graduated from Fort Kent Community High School.
In his younger years after frequently travelling, work brought Terry to mid-coast Maine in the early 1980’s. This is where he would keep his home for the rest of his life. A builder by trade, there was little Pepe was not skilled in. He had a great set of hands and had a natural understanding of how things worked. He had been employed for many people, especially in the Camden area, building and fixing things as somewhat a “jack of all trades”. If an extra hand was needed on a given day, Pepe was typically called upon, and he was always there to help.
Those who frequent downtown Camden and the restaurants, coffee shops, and bars surely met Pepe. He would always find some common interest to talk about and truly enjoyed the company of others. A lover of reading, Sudoku, cribbage, and a big fan of the Boston Red Sox, Maine Black Bear Hockey, and his beloved San Francisco 49’rs., he was truly a unique individual. His smile and laugh were infectious and will always be remembered by those who crossed his path.
Surviving is his brother Joel Voisine and his wife, Kim and their children, Joshua and Nicole; his sister, Lynda Cyr and her husband, Jean Claude and their children, Stephen and Brigitte; and numerous friends and acquaintances in the Camden area. The special group of friends who frequently made camping trips to Elliotsville with Pepe will truly miss his company and friendship.
Family and friends are invited to gather from 5-7pm, Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Long Funeral Home, 9 Mountain Street, Camden. Condolences and memories may be shared with the Voisine family by visiting their book of memories at www.longfuneralhomecamden.com.
