VINALHAVEN...............Flora E. Noonan, 93, widow of Robert L. Noonan, died Thursday, June 28, 2012, just after completing her work on the weekly edition on the island’s newspaper, The Wind. A complete obituary will be published later. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public services. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
